Here are the saves for Clock Tower.

These save states work for both the Japanese version and the fan translation Clock Tower - The First Fear done by Aeon Genesis. You can also download the complete Saves [2.35 MB] which has all 11 Endings.

Do note that "ClockTower.zs0", "ClockTower.009", and "ClockTower.010" will not load due to slot limitations, you would have to rename it to one of the previous files in order for it to load properly.

[how to load the zs_ in zsnes:]
· Download ClockTower_Saves.zip, put it in the same directory as the ROM file, and unzip the ZSNES contents which has the file extension ".zs_".
· Rename the save states so that it matches to the corresponding ROM file. Such as if the ROM is called "ClockTower(J).smc", rename the ZS_ files to "ClockTower(J).zs_".
· Run ZSNES and click on "GAME", then "LOAD" and open up the Clock Tower ROM.
· Press F3 and it should tell you to "PLEASE SELECT SAVE STATE SLOT". Go to the specific save state, press enter, and then press F4 to load it.
· You should see the message below "STATE _ LOADED." if done correctly. Remember pressing F2 instead of F4 would overwrite the save state!

[how to load the 00_ in snes9x:]
· Download ClockTower_Saves.zip, put it in the same directory as the ROM file, and unzip the Snes9X contents which has the file extension ".00_".
· Rename the save states so that it matches to the corresponding ROM file. Such as if the ROM is called "ClockTower(J).smc", rename the ZS_ files to "ClockTower(J).00_".
· Run Snes9X and click on "FILE", then "LOAD GAME..." and open up the Clock Tower ROM.
· Press F1 to F9 to load up the specific save state. Or you could press "FILE", "LOAD GAME POSITION", and click on any of Slot #s.
· You should see the message below "LOADED CLOCKTOWER.00_" if done correctly. Remember pressing SHIFT + F1 to F9 instead of F1 to F9 would overwrite the save state!

[how to load the srm in zsnes and snes9x:]
· Download ClockTower_Saves.zip, put it in the same directory as the ROM file, and unzip the SRM file.
· Rename the SRM so that it matches to the corresponding ROM file. Such as if the ROM is called "ClockTower(J).smc", rename the SRM file to "ClockTower(J).srm".
· Run ZSNES and click on "GAME", then "LOAD"; or run Snes9X and click on "FILE", then "LOAD GAME...". Now open up the Clock Tower ROM.
· The SRM file is already loaded up and you should see it when you go to ENDING LIST and pressing CONTINUE would load up C Ending with the Knife in your inventory.
